So I ended up getting that Creative Zen 40 GB player. It gets here on Friday! My new Wallabies jersey got here the other day and it fits extremely well. I wore it into Walgreens when I bought some things and received a few nice comments on it! I'm getting the PlayStation PSP when it comes out on the 24th and hopefully the THUG Remix game if it's out already.
Needless to say I've got to stop spending money or else I won't have any left for Australia..

I am soooo disappointed!
I ordered a replica Australia Wallabies rugby jersey, 2005 home version, and just got it today. Pulled it out, tried it on and discovered it's WAY TOO BIG for me!
Argh!
I hate being so skinny.

I refuse to do one of those "2004 end of year review" things - mainly because I am lazy, and plus I can't remember EVERYTHING that happened to me this year.. but also because 2004 was the loneliest year of my life and I don't think you guys would really get much out of it.
Here's hoping that 2005 will bring me everything I wanted from 2004 yet didn't get.

I am not dead. I lit fireworks and shot roman candles on the 4th. I saw Spiderman 2 a few days ago and got funny looks as I was leaving the theatre.. My car broke. I got it fixed and paid $700 so I am bummed. I've been reading a ridiculous amount lately. I'd have a few new books if I didn't have to pay to get my car fixed.. so if anyone wants to get me some books, be my guest!
A Brief History of Time, Stephen Hawking The Universe in a Nutshell, Stephen Hawking Simulacra and Simulation, Jean Baudrillard Out of Control: The New Biology of Machines, Social Systems and the Economic World, Kevin Kelly Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, JK Rowling (it's not out yet? dang!) Dune (Remembering Tomorrow), Frank Herbert The Book of Dust, Philip Pullman (whenever it comes out) and The Elegant Universe: Superstrings, Hidden Dimensions, and the Quest for the Ultimate Theory, Brian Greene
Since I haven't paid attention to this livejournal lately, tell me what you have been up to!

"You come at last," she said. "I have waited too long." "It was a dark road. I have come as I could," he answered. "But you are too late," said Morwen. "They are lost." "I know it," he said. "But you are not."
But Morwen said: "Almost. I am spent. I shall go with the sun. Now little time is left: if you know, tell me! How did she find him?"
But Húrin did not answer, and they sat beside the stone, and did not speak again; and when the sun went down Morwen sighed and clasped his hand, and was still; and Húrin knew that she had died. He looked down at her in the twilight and it seemed to him that the lines of grief and cruel hardship were smoothed away. "She was not conquered," he said; and he closed her eyes, and sat unmoving beside her as the night drew down. The waters of Cabed Naeramarth roared on, but he heard no sound, and he saw nothing, and felt nothing, for his heart was stone within him. But there came a chill wind that drove sharp rain into his face; and he was roused, and anger rose in him like smoke, mastering reason, so that all his desire was to seek vengeance for his wrongs and for the wrongs of his kin, accusing in his anguish all those who ever had dealings with them. Then he rose up, and he made a grave for Morwen above Cabed Naeramarth on the west side of the stone; and upon it he cut these words: Here lies also Morwen Eledhwen.

For the time being, this journal is:

Friends Only.
At least all the older entries are. I might continue making things 'friends only' or I might not. We'll see. Sorry this had to be done but I'm not entirely comfortable with just anyone reading all of that junk I've been posting since 2002.

Please don't misunderstand me, I enjoy Tom Selleck. My mom likes him too. We saw him at a racetrack. Is that not just the place you would expect to see him!!! He looks like he would be a good Dad. I couldn't help but notice that you live in Orlando. Do you want to go to Disney World with me? It would be fun. I'm fun! ?Bye Bye. My name is Shauna. I hope your name isn't Tom that would be too weird.
